FULL PLANNING  

Our most comprehensive planning package, Full Planning covers the logistics of planning as well as full design and styling. We will work with you from the time of engagement to form a clear and cohesive vision for your wedding day, keeping track of to-do lists and details along the way. Full vendor communication is included.

PARTIAL PLANNING  

For the highly organized couple who prefers to be more involved in their planning, our Partial Planning package features monthly emailing from the time of booking as well as design and styling input. You'll have full access to our vendor lists to communicate with vendors on your own, wedding management beginning two months prior to your date.

DAY-OF COORDINATION

We will connect with you one-two months before your wedding to learn about your vision, vendors, and details. Beginning at the six week mark, we connect with your vendors and craft a detailed day-of timeline so that everyone is in agreement with the schedule and flow of your wedding day. A final venue walkthrough 3-4 weeks prior to your wedding is typically included. We will also manage your ceremony rehearsal the day before your wedding. On your wedding day, we will be the primary point of contact for vendors and will assist in small decor set-up, ceremony coordination, and timeline management. We will remain on site through the beginning of dancing to ensure that your day runs smoothly.

TEAR DOWN SERVICES

The last thing a couple wants to do at the end of their wedding is pack up. We offer an end of the night tear down service that includes packing up all your décor and personal items left at the end of the evening at venue and set a meeting for 1-2 days post event for delivery of items.

*We accommodate a limited number of weddings per year to ensure that our couples receive the utmost attention to detail and the most personalized service. Most larger package weddings book about 12 months in advance and we schedule Day of Coordination packages 2-6 months in advance.

You don't have to be getting hitched to have MWD help you in the planning process, our full event planning services cover any and all events! 

Birthdays, showers, engagement, reunions, communions, even dinner parties, if you have a reason to celebrate, leave the rest to us!
